First, we were given a room that was closest to the highway. It seemed like we were still driving with the noise. No way could we sleep here and no one should use this room, unless all others are booked. Staff moved us without a hassle to a much better room. Staff was very friendly and kind.

I was in Illnois for a funeral, along with 3 other family members. The staff was very friendly and helpful with showing us how to work the New Fancy Tv's, Lol! They also allowed us extended time for the return from the funeral. The breakfast was great as well. Thanks you guys, A JOB WELL DONE! We enjoyed our stay.

I can't say enough how great this place is to stay! Beautifully appointed rooms and sparkling clean. The young lady at the desk (Michelle) was super pleasant and welcoming. She had great suggestions on where to eat in the area. I was really pleased with everything. Next time in the area this will definitely be the place we chose to stay!

I really appreciate Hampton inns. Never have I ever stayed in one that was dirty, obsolete, or unmaintained. This one was no exception. The staff went above and beyond with their good attitudes and helpfulness. I wish I could remember the girls names- I would tell their boss The pool and hot tub were clean and fully operational.

5 stars because Jean was the best breakfast host I have met at a hotel. She was giving out fresh made cookies and freshly squeezed orange juice. Such a kind touch!

Newly renovated Hampton Inn with affordable pricing and comfortable accommodation. Very friendly staff and clean modernized rooms. Convient location just off I55 and north of the toll road. Compaired to other nearby the locations the price is very fair! I would recommend for a business trip or a convenient stop along your route.

Overall a good hotel experience! There were some pros and cons. Breakfast was awesome and the staff as well! Clean for the most part, the room wasn’t gross but the public areas I thought were cleaner which is nice! The beds are great and the comforter was super clean and soft. They also had a lady giving out snacks towards the end of breakfast to take back to your room. Overall a beautiful hotel. Walls are a little thin, I could hear the person in the next room snoring which I don’t mind hearing other people but I would like to know my late night conversation won’t wake someone up. I used the hot tub which was awesome around noon and it was peaceful and the public areas also were peaceful throughout the day. Gorgeous patio space however it’s right next to the highway so trying to have a conversation with your travel companion is almost impossible. Again, a great hotel just a few flaws that really can’t be avoided but need to be noted for other travelers. My dad and I had a great time here and I will be back some day with my husband!
